‘Tis the season for song! Wintertime brings with it a number of traditions, but few are as old or fun as caroling. Dating back thousands of years, the original carols were regional songs  to certain regions that wandering minstrels would share on their travels between towns. But it wasn’t until the early 1800’s that the practice of caroling as we know it spread across England and western Europe, as cities would host outdoor orchestras to play songs for people to sing along to as they walked by. 

And for those passing by, there’s always a small chance they would catch a key moment for a certain triangle player.
